Dr Peter Routledge PhD; Managing Director of White Frog Limited is an author, advisory and regular speaker on BIM and MMC. Co-authored thirteen books related to BIM technology and process management, as well as developing numerous award-winning BIM training programs. Past member of BSIs B/555 committee responsible for the UK input to ISO 19650 series of standards on Building Information Modelling and Information Exchange.
Having led many R&D projects, Peter is leading the ARVAST project as the Project Manager responsible for overall management of the project, ensuring compliance to BIM protocols, industry standards and market requirements. Although overseeing the project, Peter ensures the video capturing of MMC processes and key approval check points, the development of exploitation plan and the project management.

Professor Hafiz Alaka, BEng (Hons), MSc (Eng), PhD, PGCert, FHEA, MCIOB is a founding Director of the Big Data Tech & Innovation Lab (Construction, Energy & Environment) His expertise is in Big Data Analytics (Hadoop, HDFS, etc.), forecast model's development using Artificial Intelligence algorithms (like BART Machine, deep neural networks, etc.), Cloud Computing and the Internet of Things (IoT) on AWS.
Hafiz has secured, led and participated in over £8million of similar innovate R&D projects including Live-Tap, an IoT air quality project in Wolverhampton worth of funded research projects Hafiz is a co-investigator on the eBIM project, and: Lead academic advisor on the development of the project through research, CDE system resources, the working DLR and NLP systems and participating in academic dissemination.

Professor Saheed Ajayi BSc (Hons), MSc, PGCert AP, PhD, FHEA, MCIOB is the Director of Construction Informatics and Digital Enterprise Laboratory (CIDEL) at LBU.His expertise is in Building Information Modelling (BIM), MMC and Construction Informatics (the use of Digital Technologies such as Big Data Analytics, IoT and Machine Learning in Construction).
Saheed has been involved in many projects, with total value exceeding £7million, funded by Innovate UK, CITB and EPSRC. Saheed is a co-investigator on the ARVAST project, and will be supporting the academic activities, the validation and development of the ARVAST system and participating in academic dissemination.

Jon de Souza, Innovation, Research and Collaboration Lead at Galliford Try has 22 years of industry experience. Spent nine years as part of the national team at industry improvement body Constructing Excellence Significant experience in leading and supporting built environment sector research. Jon will support the project through the identification of trial sites, accessing organisational expertise and ensuring that site users are appropriately trained to support trial activity.
The company has sites involving MMC that will serve as test beds for this project. They will provide user requirements and industry input to the project, especially the development of Industry engagement, Commercially Ready ARVAST System, and Exploitation and dissemination outputs.

Johnson has participated in a Construction Tech Project (an AI Reviewer of Construction Contracts for Subcontractors) funded by Innovate UK. The J-Wadel Solutions team will lead on the software development for ARVAST.

Audley, the UK's first West Indian architect, in winning design awards and leading innovative solutions in addressing sustainability and MMC solutions. He believes an Industrialised Construction approach will unlock digital design for standardisation and building configuration. Audley is the leading investigator on MMC and sustainability.
